Comments: We had Best Surface Source fix a piece of damaged wall and ceiling due to a pipe leak and then replace an area of the hardwood floor in our kitchen, plus refinish the rest of the hardwood floor. They did an excellent job on both. The owner, Linda, was very thorough in checking the problems and proposing the work plan. She brought the workers for both jobs when coming for the estimate so that they knew what needs to done firsthand. Once the work was scheduled, the workers showed up on time and they worked tirelessly and continuously until dark. Linda also came every day to check on the progress and make sure there were no issues. Francisco did a wonderful job on the floor and Fermin repaired the wall perfectly. Because of their excellent work, we decided to hire them to paint the entire first floor for us, again a job well done. My wife and I are very pleased with the new and fresh look of our house. We especially appreciate the quality of the job, the responsiveness of the workers to our requests on perfecting certain detailed areas, and their effort in protecting the floor and furniture. Home improvement projects can be nerve-racking at times, but with Linda and her crew at Best Surface Source, such anxiety has been completely lifted. Comments: We recently purchased a home in the Houston area. The home needed some updating; painting, countertops, kitchen, bathrooms- all remodeled. The company we used completely dropped the ball, their work was a disaster, we were devastated. Linda was a prayer answered. She went through every area of the house and came up with a plan. It was so bad that we had to get a structural engineer. Linda's people worked through every issue that was uncovered, there were multiple surprises. Knowing what we had been through, Linda tried to get pricing down where she could. The house is finished and was exactly what I had envisioned. Comments: I recently had a house project completed that included fixing leaks and installing new under stairs projects. The crew was fast and friendly, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from start to finish. Linda was exceptional. She stayed on top of everything, her crews are always on time, very professional and very polite. They also keep our house very clean, they lay out protective paper and plastic and make sure to protect our other areas and furniture. Linda also frequently visiting to check on progress and making sure we were satisfied with the work. The team's speed and dedication to getting the job done were impressive. I highly recommend their services! You don't have to worry that you have to chase them after on work progress, they are super proactive. I'm super happy that they are so proactive because I am not. Comments: I was in the middle of a very bad experience with another contractor, having had no usable master bathroom for three months after demolition. Best Surface Source came in very quickly, studied the situation, discussed the plan, and I had a quote that same night. Linda, the owner, was on the site every day checking the work, and she offered some really fabulous design ideas that hadn't occurred to me. Her employees were true craftsmen -- the tile is beautiful, the custom built cabinets are eye-popping, and as far as I can tell there isn't even a tiny misstep on any of it. I don't believe I even discussed a punch list with her when the job was completed, it was that good. I already have plans to hire Best Surface Source for my second bathroom and installation of a new floor in my bedroom and den. I cannot say enough about how totally pleased I was with every aspect of our project together. Oh, and they completed the total renovation of a master bath with custom cabinetry, double vanity, new lighting and plumbing and wiring, etc., in under three weeks. How I wish I'd called them first!

Scope included building a pantry cabinet/coffee bar and updating the bathrooms from the last renovation that was completed in the early 2000’s. Best Surface Source was the perfect combination of price, quality and speed for us. Comments: We hired Best Surface Source for a remodel of our living room which encompassed various trades -- wood look tile and carpet floor installation, some drywall and trim work, painting, and ultimately a bit of structural/carpentry. Linda was very communicative and provided great customer service, and Fermin and his crew were friendly and tidy. There were a few issues here and there with the tile and drywall job, but Linda and Fermin worked to resolve them as they were identified. Overall, we are pleased with the way the room turned out, and I feel that the price was fair.

Linda's team came out to evaluate the problem; not only that, I was having an issue with the attic ladder which her team informed me they could repair. After the workers completed their evaluation of the issues Linda provided an estimate which I thought was a good price for the work to be done. I was informed this was a small job however Linda and her team at Best Surface Source provided excellent customer service, exceptional skill with perfection and very good work ethic. Comments: At first I thought they were very--too expensive, but, they also painted my bedrooms and did an exceptional job. The crew scrapped and sanded and got rid of the old paint. They did a lot of work to prepare for painting. I had never had a painter in my home that worked that hard. They usually just painted over old paint.

Comments: Hired BSS to do a bathroom remodel. Linda came out every day to check on the project and helped us pick out all the materials and gave us suggestions for that. The install team, Fermin and Enrique, worked extremely hard and were here several days until 6:00-7:00 PM. Fermin also made suggestions with regard to tile layout and a few other things. We are extremely happy with the work and price and would highly recommend them.

Linda is professional, warm and acts with the utmost integrity. Fermin and the rest of the team delivered the same level of timeliness, professionalism and excellent quality of work. We had gone through several issues with previous contractors and were nervous about having yet another negative experience. But, Best Surface Source was the exact opposite, and we are so grateful for how well the renovations were handled from start to finish! Comments: " I hired BSS to replace outdated countertops in my bathrooms and kitchen, including the installation of new sinks, faucets and backsplashes for all. They did not disappoint. Linda was very personable, efficient, accommodating and professional. She worked tirelessly to help me decide on the countertop material (I went with quartz), colors and configuration/coordination of all, working to ensure she found the highest quality material to fit within my budget. She contracts highly skilled trades to measure, fabricate and install the materials and was always present to oversee the entire project. Any concerns were immediately addressed. Linda is not happy until you are completely satisfied. I am more than pleased with the outcome of my project, including what I believe to be a very reasonable price, and would definitely recommend BSS for any resurfacing project.
